1 General Provisions

gv444 is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gv444 website and its related services.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person to hold multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, gv444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the gv444 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

Please use only a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase in cases of identity verification or security review.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration and the minimum deposit amount must be ৳500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means that before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager a total of 20 times the combined amount of your deposit plus the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed once only and is non-transferable.
• gv444 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• gv444 may cancel a bonus if abuse of the bonus is suspected.
• Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• VIP program benefits will be provided according to the member's VIP tier.

5.4 VIP Program

The gv444 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier. Tier upgrades depend on the member's activity and contribution. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance Rules

gv444 reserves the right to set bet limits and to accept or refuse any bet. The following bets are strictly prohibited:

• Bets placed on any match fixing or predetermined result.
• Bets that exploit technical errors or system bugs.
• Bets placed on behalf of a minor.

6.2 Result Settlement

6.3 System Errors
